Meacham/Oppenheimer, inc., has brought together one of the largest and most experienced
staff specializing in retail brokerage within the San Francisco Bay Area.
Michael Messinger | Michael Messinger is the Broker/Owner of Meacham/Oppenheimer, Inc., for the past sixteen years and has over twenty years of experience specializing in retail brokerage heading up leasing campaigns for large community and neighborhood centers throughout the South Bay, Peninsula, and East Bay areas. In addition, he has sold or ground leased numerous parcels of land for development of centers or build-to-suits for national tenants. Also, he has developed, managed and owns shopping centers for his own account. Formerly, Michael was associated with Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate in their San Jose office heading up their retail division. He received his B.S. degree in Finance from San Diego State University. Prior to real estate, he was a stockbroker for four years with Shearson Lehman and
Charles Schwab & Company. | David Taxin | David Taxin Partner, is among Northern California's premier retail agents. He has completed investment sale transactions valued at over $1 billion in his career, selling over 150 shopping centers. David has been a retail property expert since 1987, specializing in all facets of retail leasing, land sales for development of shopping centers, and build-to-suits for national tenants such as Whole Foods Market and triple net shopping centers. David takes pride in selling some of the Valley's flagship properties. In the last couple of years David has sold: Swanson Ford, Lou's Village, Falore Chrysler, McHugh Lincoln-Mercury, Sunrise Plaza, Robertsville Square, Los Gatos Hummer, Mission Plaza, Hayward, the La Hacienda, Saratoga, Home Depot, TJ Maxx and more on Hillsdale, San Jose; Scotts Valley Junction; Cochrane Plaza, Morgan Hill. Total transaction dollar amounts in the last three years are over $350 million. David has also won the prestigious salesman of the year award every year that he has been with Meacham/Oppenheimer, Inc. since 1993. | Josh Gispan | Josh Gispan Partner, has been a retail broker for the last fifteen years.
Although Josh specialized in handling multiple-site searches and dispositions
for large national tenants, he has also served smaller and local tenants. Josh's
success disposing of excess space for such national tenants as Circuit City,
Business Land, Bank of America, and Sherman Williams Paints is evident that
those clients have asked Josh to assist them on subsequent transactions. Of
course, Josh's extensive network of tenant contacts also makes him an excellent
landlord representative, a role he is frequently engaged to play. Before joining
Meacham/Oppenheimer, Josh worked at Norris, Beggs & Simpson and First Union
Investment. | Marie Anderson | Marie Anderson has over eleven years experience in commercial leasing,
marketing, and property management. Prior to joining Meacham/Oppenheimer, Inc., Marie worked for such notable firms as The Sammis Company where she was
responsible for over 2,500,000 square feet of property, as Director of Marketing
and for Menlo Management Company where she successfully marketed and leased
retail and office space in San Jose, Los Altos, Los Gatos and Livermore. In
addition she worked for Devcon, as Real Estate Investment Manager, where she
oversaw the owner's interest in his extensive real estate portfolio. Marie is a
San Jose native and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Marketing from Santa Clara University. | Gennaro Passaro | Gennaro Passaro is new to Meacham/ Oppenheimer, Inc. and brings over a year of commercial real estate sales, leasing, property management and marketing experience to the firm emphasizing landlord relations and investment exchanges. He formerly spent ten years as an international environmental consultant for such firms as Hewlett Packard, Europe, Ltd., and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., specializing in environmnetal law, auditing, due diligence and risk management in a global arena. He has also managed and leased his own commercial centers within Santa Clara County strategically enriching portfolio properties with national credit tenants. Gennaro holds a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from the Univeristy of California, Riverside and M.S. (Honors) in Environmental Sciences from Trinity College, University of Dublin. | Ryan Warner | Since becoming a part of the Meacham/Oppenheimer Team, Ryan has focused primarily on Landlord representation. His experience consists of investment sales, new project development, and commercial brokerage. Over the last few years Ryan has worked on numerous real estate transactions and projects throughout the Bay Area. These projects include San Ramon's The Plaza at Gale Ranch, Redwood Shores Marketplace, Almaden Oaks in San Jose, and Cupertino Crossroads. A list of his clients include Shapell Industries, Duckett-Wilson Development Company, Pacific Development Group, and Lexor Builders. Ryan is a San Jose native and graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory. His local knowledge and connections enable him to get the very best for his clients. He also earned a BBA Degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
| Rodger Shaheen | Rodger joins Meacham/Oppenheimer after more than ten years in corporate sales management, building multi-million dollar sales organizations with such companies as VeriSign, Netcom, and Sprint.
Rodger has been involved in the real estate profession since 1993 and has worked as a loan officer with Transnational Financial, a division of Amerimac Cal-West. He also has extensive experience in both commercial and residential property management and development. For the last seven years, Rodger has served as the Vice President of a development firm working on a professional/retail center in Morgan Hill.
Rodger is a San Jose native and holds a bachelor's degree in advertising with a minor in communications from San Jose State University. | Mike Lassalle | Mike is new to commercial real estate, but brings to Meacham/Oppenheimer, Inc. more than 12 years of sales and sales management experience, working for such technology pioneers as VeriSign and Netcom. A native of San Jose, Mike attended Bellarmine College Preparatory and graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. | Keon Vossoughi | Keon Vossoughi has specialized in commercial sales and leasing in Santa Clara County since 1989. He has years of property management and marketing experience and brings a unique perspective to the firm, owning and managing his own leased investments in the Bay Area. Prior to joining M/O, Keon worked for First Union Investment Corporation, selling commercial real estate, and later at Aetna Properties, where he managed over a million square feet of retail and industrial space. Keon received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics at Saint Mary's College of California. | Mohan Sharma | Mohan Sharma, Broker Associate has 30 years of Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Real Estate experience. His years of design, construction and development experience in diverse mix of projects including commercial real estate, land development and residential projects turned ideas into reality. His unique talent in selecting sites and business ventures where he could add value, maximize investments and incorporate his risk management techniques was successful in acquisition and disposition of acquired assets. His knowledge, excellent communication skills to direct multiple projects, plan, execute and manage real estate assets are his strengths and strategy for success.
He is a team player and wants to focus his energy on providing a high quality service to his clients in investment sales, project development, commercial brokerage and landlord representation.
Mohan is a licensed Real Estate Broker, General Building Contractor and E.I.T. (State Board of Professional Engineers). He specializes in financial anaylsis of commercial real estate.
