Steve Tutt, bought his first investment property in 1971 and has been involved in real estate, one way or another, ever since. In addition to his corporate management experience, he has been an entrepreneur most of his life. Steve has over 15 years of construction experience, including being both a custom home builder and commercial general contractor. This experience, in addition to his 12 years as a code certified property inspector, has proven to provide rare and exceptional value for his clients.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Steve represented buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Most of his clients were investors and he made the natural transition to commercial representation.
Steve specializes in office leasing, retail leasing and tenant representation, as well as commercial investment real estate sales, representing buyers, sellers, owner/users and investors.
Steve resides in Fremont and his primary focus is on retail and office properties in the Fremont, Newark, Union City and Hayward areas.
