Meacham/Oppenheimer, Inc. the largest retail brokerage firm in Silicon Valley, holds a leadership position in the Northern California retail real estate brokerage business. The company prides itself in providing the highest level of service to all its clients.

The Meacham/Oppenheimer team has 10 experienced agents in our Campbell and Pleasanton Offices, serving all thirteen counties in the Bay Area. All of the company's agents are affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and have established a notable network of relationships with developers, landlords, and tenants of all sizes and requirements. Furthermore, Meacham/Oppenheimer agents have access to a wide array of general market and tenant specific information. Their association among various broker groups keeps them well-informed and current in developing trends and industry news.

The Company's computer-based tenant directory has over 3,000 files. This data is consistently updated and used for telephone call solicitations and direct mail campaigns. The latter are tracked by computer to assist agents in identifying potential opportunities and follow-up.

The Meacham/Oppenheimer History

The Company was established over two decades ago by founders Gil Meacham and John Oettinger and was then called Meacham/Oettinger, Inc. In the early 1980's, Jim Oppenheimer acquired the company stock from John Oettinger and shortly thereafter the company changed its name to Meacham/Oppenheimer, Inc. This new team recruited additional outstanding agents with exceptional skills, and further developed their reputation for being knowledgeable, dedicated, and thorough. Today, the company president is Michael Messinger who believes in the same conviction as his predecessors; teamwork and the value of unparalleled client service.
