Michael Messinger is the Broker/Owner of Meacham/Oppenheimer, Inc., for the past eighteen years and has over twenty-three years of experience specializing in retail brokerage and development. Michael owns numerous retail development projects throughout the Bay Area. From large grocery anchored centers to prestigious downtown locations. The projects that Michael has developed show that he puts the extra effort necessary to make the project successful. He has won multiple awards from the cities such as Livermore, California for some of his projects. Formerly, Michael was associated with Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate in their San Jose office heading up their retail division. He received his B.S. degree in Finance from San Diego State University. Prior to real estate, he was a stockbroker for four years with Shearson Lehman and Charles Schwab & Company.
