LARRY I. WALLERSTEIN  broad career as a real estate broker, real estate lawyer, and real estate developer spans 35 years of service to his clients and reflect his ongoing passion for all areas of real estate.
Prior to joining Meacham/Oppenheimer, Inc., Larry established the Building Sales Team for BT Commercial which sold or leased office, flex, R&D, and industrial buildings.  During his years there, he also listed and sold land deals, including the Knight Ridder disposition of 17.4 acres of land for a retail center, as well as land assembles for residential development.  He also represented S&G Discount Outlets in their land acquisitions and buildings, as well as leasing.
Larry acted as a principal in the acquisition of 6.6 acres of Superfund land from GE, which he and his team developed into the 102,000 square foot building known as Cupertino Crossing, currently tenanted by Panasonic and Apple Computers.  Larry’s team achieved LEED Gold certification for that building.
Larry also remediated and developed over 6,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Utah resulting in sale of parcels to Winco grocery store, as well as the sale of both office and residential subdivision lands.  This effort included remediating a Superfund site, creating Wetlands under an Army Corp 404 Permit, creating parks, trails, playgrounds, and all streets, curbs, storm and sewage systems, and related trunk infrastructure up through pad sales.
During Larry’s law career he was consistently named by San Jose Magazine as being one of the best real estate lawyers serving Silicon Valley, and he has represented developers, brokerages, tenants and shopping center owners, in hundreds of transactions over the years.
