Josh Gispan Partner, has been a retail broker for the last twenty-three years. Although Josh specialized in handling multiple-site searches and dispositions for large national tenants, he has also served smaller and local tenants. Josh's success disposing of excess space for such national tenants as Circuit City, Business Land, Bank of America, and Sherman Williams Paints is evident that those clients have asked Josh to assist them on subsequent transactions. Of course, Josh's extensive network of tenant contacts also makes him an excellent landlord representative, a role he is frequently engaged to play. Before joining Meacham/Oppenheimer, Josh worked at Norris, Beggs & Simpson and First Union Investment.
